Creating Game Saves For PCSX2 (8th Revision)​

Xbox Controller Support With Fraps & Steam

Did you ever want to be able to use a Xbox Controller while you play your favorite PlayStation 2 games and use the Steam Overlay or record and take screenshots with Fraps. I found a way to achieve this! I upload the file here and find it in the PCSX2 folder. There you will find the description for details and the file.

Game Recommendation for my Laptop

At last i got a decent machine, a laptop with these specs:

Windows 8.1 Pro 64-Bit
Core i7 4710HQ 2.5 GHz Turbo 3.5 GHz
4GB Ram
NVIDIA Geforce 840M 2GB

Can anyone recommend any games that will run in full speed in my laptop (Notably racing games, but others are fine also)

And one more thing, is there any 64-bit PCSX2? Have been searching but never found it.

Okay to emulate FFX without owning a PS2 console?

So I'm wanting to replay Final Fantasy X . I'm thinking about purchasing a copy from Amazon.com.

However, I don't own a PS2 or any other Sony console. The Sony bios is copyrighted so would it be illegal to download them ? Or would it be best to purchase a used PS2 and a swap magic disc to dump my own bios? I'm debating as to whether it's worth spending $50-70 for all of this just to emulate FFX.

Also, does pcsx2 come with HLE BIOS like epsxe? Or is this in the plans?

i've been googling up and down, but no body can provide the solution...
i am a newbie to these code.. the code from code junkies wont work..


i am using pcsx2 1.2.1 with pnach file F0800C1E

I'm having trouble optimising GT3 as I experience a lot of slowdown in game randomly. Also this happens when I drive in Trial Mountain.

Hi!

So I'm just now starting to have trouble with PCSX2.

Just last night I was able to play both Jade Cocoon 2 and Dark Cloud 2, both fast, and with absolutely no problems. And just today, I can't launch PCSX2 because it can't recognize all but one plugin.

Has anyone found a way to get past the Trophy Case bug in the "Hattrick vs. Galloway" mission, other than transferring a save from a real PS2 memcard ?

Final Fantasy X-2 Configurations and FMVs

I'm sure this is something that's been asked about here and there, but I'm wondering what all issues Final Fantasy X-2 may have with PCSX2? I know it has issues with all FMVs (running super slowly, at about 30-50% speed, and with black bars across the bottom of the window), but not sure if it has any other issues? And also curious if there's any way to deal with fixing said issues with FMVs with the game?

Kingdom Hearts - Monstro Cutscene Stuck!

Kingdom Hearts has always played smoothly for me but the 2ng beginning cutscene at Monstro where Pinocchio looks at the throat of the whale the game gets stuck. The audio is still there, the pause button worked fine just like how it does for cutscenes but the whole scene is just stuck at one place. I thought it was a lag or something so I waited but nothing happens.

A save game for FFX International

Hello all,

This is Fireblade again, back to ask any of you for another favor.
So, I popped in my FFX international into my computer and I wanted to load my saved games...but surprise surprise I had also deleted these on my prior OS reinstall.

I did go on Gamfaqs but they just have the saves of like full complete..get everything and such and that is not what I am looking for.

Does anyone have the International FFX using the basic sphere...

I have inserted a screenshot of my game, i have re downloaded 3 times from different places. i have a i5 4670k and a 980. Other games work but this one just doesn't seem to want to.

Hello people, I'm new here. So I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one with this problem, but I still didn't find a solution. So where can I find a savegame just after the Hattrick VS Galloway mission? I've been searching for a while but couldn't find it anywhere. Any advice on this particular problem is appreciated.

Hello to everyone who reads this thread, as the title of the thread says, I am here to provide game saves and cheat patches for as many games as I can, even though there's a sticky for cheat patches I've decided to put my patches on a different thread so I could keep track what cheat titles I have already released. i7 5820k @4ghz is it faster than the 4790k @ 4ghz

questions does pcsx2 make use 6 Cores and does the extra cache being 15mb compared to 8mb of the 4790k,,,make the i7 5820k faster than the 4790k?? i'd like to see some cpu intensive games not the highly optimized ones like final fantasy X or final fantasy X-2....i'm thinking of picking up either the i7 5820K or waiting for the i7 6859k which runs at 3.6ghz and turbos upto 3.8ghz,,,i of course will run that new broadwell chip higher if i get it...if i could see some benchmarks on how the extra...

i7 5820k @4ghz is it faster than the 4790k @ 4ghz

Unable to get .pnach files for FFX to work

SOOO. The game region is NTSC (U) SLUS-20312 and the CRC BB3D833A. My pnach file is named as BB3D833A.pnach

I've made sure that the codes in the pnach file are for the correct version of Final Fantasy X.

This image shows that the codes Max Gil, Max all Items, and Sphere...
